My DIY Haven Shipping Policy

At My DIY Haven, we take pride in carefully crafting and packaging your handmade items and DIY kits. As a veteran-owned small business, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Times

  • Handcrafted items: 3–7 business days

  • DIY kits & unfinished products: 2–4 business days

  • Custom orders: 7–14 business days (varies by project)
    Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best rate and speed.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. 

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery issues.

    2. Please include photos of damaged items and packaging.
      We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

    Incorrect Address

    Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate.
    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
